We are more than "just" house/pet sitters.
Because of our skills and abilities we can resolve problems that may arise in your absence. Certainly another house sitter can notify you but they might not have the skills or experience in life to actually solve the problem.
Since we do not have some of the typical responsibilites others have (ie: children, pets or elderly parents) we have the freedom to live a less conventional life. We enjoy being in other parts of the country and are motivated to stay in the Rockies for now.
We are NON-Smokers 
looking to sit for clients that are also non-smokers.
